Job Description

  • Maintains existing sales accounts and assists the department in forecasting and achieving the sales budget.
  • Maximizes effort in developing new accounts and target markets in assigned sales areas through product presentations, client meetings, and networking.
  • Ensures customer satisfaction by building strong relationships, providing excellent service, and promptly addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Develops and sustains business in key accounts and strategic markets.
  • Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align sales strategies and achieve shared objectives.
  • Reviews and analyzes sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Monitors the flow of sales operations from order placement to delivery and payment.
  • Takes charge of the collection of receivables and ensures timely processing of sales invoices and receipts.
  • Responsible for accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
  • Adheres to the company's established Quality Management Systems and policies.
  • Actively participates in company initiatives and projects.
  • Strictly complies with company policies, systems, procedures, work rules, and regulations.
  • Ensures that all operating standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
Qualifications
Job Requirement:
  • Must possess a valid license as a Civil Engineer.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in a sales-focused role is required.
  • Heavy experience selling building materials to contractors
