Responsibilities

• Definition and Management: Provide valuable input in proposal generation and identify client requirements for large scale complex projects. Translate requirements into a high-level application design and coordinate with relevant project stakeholders (e.g., Business Analysts when defining product features).
• Determine appropriate requirements management methods, tools, and techniques for large and complex projects.
• Solution Design and Architecture: Provide technical solutions for projects including Application Architecture, Database Architecture, Infrastructure, Integration, and other system analysis and design needs. Ensure alignment with project goals, scalability, and performance requirements.
• Architect end-to-end solutions with detailed designs encompassing system components, interfaces, and integrations to meet business needs, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and deliverability.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery from concept to deployment in partnership with the Project Manager. Provide technical direction and ensure adherence to strategies, standards, and practices; manage software development requirements including repositories and development servers.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of best practices.
• Systems Design, Integration and Build: Design system components and implement integration strategies for connecting disparate systems and applications. Provide technical expertise for configuring components for testing and collaborate on integration plans.
• Data Modeling and Database Design: Apply standard data modeling techniques and implement data warehouse designs for medium-sized, complex projects.
• Documentation, Architecture Governance and Collaboration: Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, design documents, implementation guidelines); communicate plans to stakeholders. Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with architectural principles and quality standards.
• Knowledge Sharing: Assist SA team with SA-related tasks and participate in initiatives to increase skills, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Experience: At least 7 years in Software Development, providing technical solutions such as system architecture, infrastructure design, and database structure; at least 4+ years in software engineering roles (web and mobile development).
• Knowledge: Software development with ability to code at some level; API and SDK knowledge; programming languages (PHP, Java, Python, .NET); infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation); architecture design principles; API design and microservices; enterprise integration patterns; web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML); version control (SVN, GIT); debugging and optimization; collaboration and documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, Asana, or Trello); cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP); cloud platform certifications; frameworks (TOGAF and Zachman is a plus).

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor or Master of Engineering.
• Experience: 8+ years overall; OSS, Cloud, Orchestration, Service Assurance; secondary domain knowledge in RAN, PACO, CS CORE, Transport; hands-on experience in technical roles (e.g., Integration Engineer or Solution Architect).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Cloud and OSS product knowledge; experience with ENM, ENIQ, OSSRC, SO EM, SON, Ericsson Orchestrator, Dynamic Activation, Ericsson Adaptive Inventory, EEA; RHEL, IP Networking; AWS knowledge and certifications preferred.
• Experience with integration patterns and APIs; familiarity with IT frameworks and standards; knowledge of version control systems.
