Responsibilities
  • Create innovative architectural designs and prepare detailed drawings.
  • Oversee construction projects from inception to completion and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specifications.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
  • 1-2 years of experience (graduate roles considered).
  • Preferably with PRC License.
  • Knowledgeable in architectural software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; rendering tools such as Enscape and Lumion).
  • Ability to conceptualize, generate design solutions, and contribute innovative design ideas.
  • Knowledgeable in specifying materials finishes, furnishings, and fixtures.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and willingness to be deployed at project sites.
  • Submit resume together with your work portfolio.
  • Schedule: 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Batangas, Batangas — reliably commute or relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel: 50% (preferred).
