Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• HLD, HLA, Project Estimates, CAPEX Inputs, Platform Roadmaps, Troubleshooting, Debugging, Support on Service Assurance LLD creation
• Design future-proof solutions adhering to the long-term initiative of the Network Technical Group to automate, consolidate and simplify manual processes for better operational efficiencies
• Recommend solutions to task force demands across each tower, creating high-level designs with architecture, security requirements, and transaction flows
• Map Demand Stories/User Stories and Idea Canvas of each Tower into a feature solution as part of the High Level Design
• Create Project Cost Estimates and High Level Project Timeline based on the High Level Design
• Attend assigned IATF Tower cadences and provide Solution architecture inputs
• Direct Solution Designers and Developers based on High Level Design
• Assist Tower Leads and Project Managers on project updates/dashboards
• Conduct meetings to build the End-to-End High level design from User Requirements
• Act as the bridge between Business and Technical teams of IATF
• Assist OSS Solution Architects in establishing Platform Roadmaps and CAPEX requirements

Job Qualifications:

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).

Experience:

• 7+ years of IT/Telecom experience, with 3–5 years in Solutions Architect, Systems Design, or equivalent
• Strong background in high-level designs (HLD/HLA) and Low-Level Designs (LLD)
• Hands-on experience in automation platforms, OSS/BSS, and network solutions
• Proven track record in cost estimation, CAPEX/OPEX planning, and roadmap creation
• Experience bridging business stakeholders and technical teams

Technical Skills:

• Enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)
• IT infrastructure, networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization
• Automation/orchestration tools (Ansible, Kubernetes, Terraform, ServiceNow)
• System integration, APIs, security, transaction flows
• Troubleshooting across platforms

Soft Skills:

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple demands and deliver under tight timelines

Certifications (preferred):
