Job Description Responsibilities
  • Encoding of released unit based on the folder submitted to the audit section.
  • Encoding and checking of released unit (Accounting copy).
  • Encoding of actual released date of unit, submitted by guards on duty and filling.
  • Monitoring, checking and filling of Accessories Request Form (ARF).
    • Checking all accessories items indicated on ARF.
    • All green copy of ARF should be submitted to audit complete and by series.
    • All 5 copies of Cancelled ARF should be submitted to audit.
  • Checking of TO-TOS Series (Daily Transactions of Cashier).
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
  • Hardworking, honest and with good moral conduct.
  • Willing to work in Commonwealth, Quezon City.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
