Job Description:

  • Conduct daily audits of outlet operations, verifying sales transactions, product inventories, and supply records.
  • Perform weekly audits of inter-department and company-owned outlets focusing on petty cash vouchers and compliance.
  • Encode, monitor, and consolidate daily sales reports; investigate and reconcile any discrepancies.
  • Carry out regular cash audits and inventory counts to ensure accuracy and accountability.
  • Maintain and organize audit-related documents such as daily sales reports, senior citizen forms, transmittals, remittances, and commission slips.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, communicate findings, and recommend corrective actions to management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, AB Mathematics, Engineering, Commerce, Banking and Finance, Business Management, or any related course.
  • Preferably with at least one (1) year of experience in auditing within a corporate or professional setting.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship or practicum audit experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with online reporting tools.
  • Willing to perform field work within NCR and Central Luzon.
  • Willing to be assigned at Del Monte Avenue, Quezon City.
