In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent that aligns with our business needs and culture. You Will Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and align on sourcing strategies Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment platforms Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with role requirements Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time‑to‑fill, pipeline health) Support employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts What You’ll Need To Succeed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or high‑growth environment Proven success in sourcing and hiring across various functions (e.g., tech, operations, sales, customer service) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (Moka, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, JobStreet, Kalibrr, etc.) High attention to detail, organized, and capable of managing multiple requisitions Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional team Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and hiring compliance is a plus Additional Information Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Human Resources Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
