About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to drive operational efficiency and data accuracy for a scaling B2B company.
You'll work directly with the client team, owning complete CRM management, sales reporting, and administrative support for the revenue team. You'll manage lead data quality, create sales reports, coordinate sales activities, and ensure smooth handoffs between sales functions. The company provides comprehensive sales tools, established processes, and clear performance metrics.
Success metricsWhat success looks like: 99%+ data accuracy across all sales systems with timely reporting and seamless sales process support. You'll work with established sales teams who rely on accurate data and efficient processes for revenue growth. You'll be part of an integrated revenue team with direct access to senior leadership and clear progression opportunities within the organisation.

Responsibilities- Excellent spoken and written English
- 2+ years experience in sales administration, sales operations, or CRM management roles
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Experience coordinating between sales teams and supporting sales processes
- Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset.
