Job Description Responsibilities
  • Bank Reconciliation and Cash Monitoring
  • Daily Cash Position
  • Accounts Payable and Advances Monitoring – Per Project
  • Process expense requests for approval
  • Filing
  • Monitoring of Expenses - Per project
  • Checking of Vouchers – Ensure completeness
  • Bookkeeping, work with spreadsheets, vouchers and journals.
  • Review and reconcile accounts
  • Act as a reliever for other accounting assistants or admin staff when needed.
  • Provide administrative support and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, faxing, emailing, drafting and editing various correspondence and reports with efficiency and accuracy
  • Liaise with third party providers, bank officers, clients and suppliers
  • Keep Manager informed of all noteworthy matters
  • Identify and address discrepancies promptly
  • Assist with generating reports for tax purposes (VAT, EWT, 2307)
  • Business Permit Application – Assist with business permit application and renewals.
  • Keep the book of accounts updated
  • Always practice confidentiality
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as apparent or assigned by the Management from time to time
Qualifications
  • Accountancy Graduate or any related courses
  • 2 to 3 years related experience
  • Strong understanding of Accounting, Tax and Treasury
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledgeable in BIR, SSS, PHIC and HDMF mandatory filing and payment
