Director of Operations/Strategy (Remote - AMER, APAC, EMEA) We are seeking a strategic and operational leader to partner closely with the cofounder in driving company‑wide initiatives, aligning cross‑functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can add structure to processes, facilitate coordination across departments, and act as a trusted representative for executive decision‑making. You will influence high‑level planning, foster a culture of collaboration, and ensure that operational excellence is maintained across the organization. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, high‑growth environments and enjoys translating strategy into tangible outcomes. Accountabilities Lead annual and quarterly strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment across all teams with company objectives. Track, monitor, and report on goals and roadmaps to ensure they support the overall mission and strategy. Facilitate cross‑functional coordination, resolving dependencies and operational bottlenecks. Collaborate with department heads to drive execution, accountability, and continuous improvement. Prepare the cofounder for meetings by providing data, insights, market context, and strategic recommendations. Represent the cofounder in meetings, ensuring accurate communication of their perspective. Draft executive communications, reports, and documents, maintaining consistency in tone and messaging. Requirements 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, business development, investment banking, consulting, or a similar role in a high‑growth environment. Proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives and company‑wide strategic planning. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus. Strong judgment and decision‑making abilities, capable of navigating complex business challenges. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. MBA, consulting, or investment banking experience is a plus. Knowledge of open source software and artificial intelligence is desirable. Benefits Competitive compensation package.
