We are seeking a Senior Recruitment & HR Operations Specialist to lead and optimize our end-to-end talent acquisition process. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep recruitment expertise with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a positive, tech-driven mindset. You will play a key role in ensuring our organization attracts and retains exceptional talent in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategy & Execution Lead the full recruitment lifecycle , from workforce planning to onboarding. Develop and implement data-driven recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. Utilize AI-enabled sourcing tools, digital platforms, and talent analytics to identify and attract high-caliber candidates. Partner with department heads and executives to understand hiring needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions. Conduct structured, engaging interviews that assess both capability and cultural fit. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for active and future roles across multiple business units. HR Operations & Administration Support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations and process improvement initiatives. Manage HR documentation, contracts, compliance, and employee records with accuracy and discretion. Coordinate meetings, interviews, and internal communications to ensure operational efficiency. Contribute to employee engagement, internal communication, and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies . What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 7 – 10 years’ experience in recruitment and HR operations within a corporate environment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver results under pressure. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities. Proficiency in Google Suite & Jobadder Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to engage with stakeholders at all levels. High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. A proactive, resourceful, and adaptable mindset.
