The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume invoice processing, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of accounts payable transactions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple clients. Key Responsibilities Perform day-to-day accounts payable activities, including invoice verification, posting, and payment processing. Process a high volume of invoices daily through the AP system, ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain and regularly update the invoice approval list for clients. Export and review invoices from the AP system for accuracy and completeness. Analyze and maintain the Accounts Payable Aging Report, identifying and resolving discrepancies. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues promptly. Prepare weekly and monthly AP reports as required by management. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and journal entries. Support payroll-related accounting tasks such as journal entries, data entry, and salary validations when needed. Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to address billing inquiries or discrepancies. Assist in audits by preparing supporting documentation and reports. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for accounting processes and systems. Provide input into departmental goal-setting and process optimization. Handle multiple client accounts efficiently and ensure adherence to deadlines. Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by senior accountants or management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Accounting-related field (CPA license not required). At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or general accounting. Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience using ERP systems; familiarity with accounting software is a plus. Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume AP processing accurately and efficiently. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (written and spoken). Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems and tools. Willing to work early hours to align with US clients (Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Must be willing to work onsite at 2nd Floor, AD Taccad Building, Enrile Boulevard, Carig Sur, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan. Available to start immediately.
