With GCash's ambition to grow globally, the Usage Manager will be part of the regional marketing teams, reporting to the Head of Region, and is expected to:

  1. Lead the planning and development of their portfolio's full-year campaigns to increase penetration, improve user retention, and boost GCash awareness and brand health.
  2. Co-create customer-centric features and experiences with the Products Team, and lead the development and execution of product marketing campaigns to increase platform retention and habituation.
  3. Conduct regular business analyses of their portfolio and develop strategies and campaigns for growth and target achievement.
  4. Represent the voice of the consumer through regular immersions and market validations to ensure an excellent experience and increased use case penetration.
  5. Manage brand financials effectively to ensure investment efficiency across their P&L.
