Senior Project Manager – Agile Ecommerce

Overview

As a Scrum Master on the Web Banking Team, you and your team have full responsibility and ownership over the products and services we provide to our customers. You will join a group of highly skilled, motivated, and dynamic people who value collaboration and knowledge sharing. We live agile processes to continuously improve as individuals and as a team. If you’re motivated to help establish an efficient agile culture in a growing team and support the development of a Web Banking area with global reach in the financial industry, you are the right person.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate planning, reviews, retrospectives, daily scrum meetings and ensure all Agile events are held in a timely and effective way.
  • Help the team build their Product Backlog, implement daily routines, and remove obstacles.
  • Ensure transparency by capturing work in the Product Backlog and supporting refinement of Product Backlog Items.
  • Promote Agile principles and values and facilitate adoption through daily work and workshops.
  • Identify and deliver training needs to support and build Agile practices across the Domain.
  • Create inspect & adapt opportunities to help the team navigate company processes and respect commitments.
  • Drive innovation within the team and department.
  • Facilitate team collaboration with stakeholders.
Qualifications

Your mission

  • At least 5 years of experience with Agile teams and understanding of Agile principles.
  • Scrum Master certification (PSM II/PSM III or similar preferred); alternative project management certifications or proven experience considered.
  • Ability to understand and speak technical details (software/infrastructure) and understand broader context of work.
  • Emotional intelligence and the ability to influence behavior; strong communication skills for cross-functional teams.
  • Experience driving organizational transformation and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluency in English.
