Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management: charter, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Define project scope, schedules, deliverables, and success metrics with stakeholders.

  • Manage project costs, risks, procurement, documentation, and quality standards.

  • Lead and guide cross-functional project teams of 10+ members.

  • Ensure timely and accurate project reporting to executive stakeholders.

  • Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder management at all levels.

  • Drive compliance with the Technology Project Delivery Framework and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001, 55000).

  • Collaborate with change management teams to ensure readiness and adoption.

  • Support organizational initiatives in operational planning, budgeting, risk management, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a business-related course .

  • 10+ years of IT project management experience , from initiation to closure, handling projects of varying complexity.

  • Strong background in both traditional (Waterfall) and Agile (Scrum/Iterative) methodologies.

  • Proven experience managing executive-level sponsors and cross-functional project teams.

  • Track record of successfully managing at least 5 complex IT projects .

  • Training in globally accepted Project Management Standards (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum).

  • Certification in PMP, Agile PM, or Scrum (required).
