Add expected salary to your profile for insights Finance Officer (Accounts Payable) is responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate management and processing of creditor accounts in line with Atturra policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Allocate creditor invoices against bills Perform audit checks over employee expenses Liaise with suppliers on payment dates via email in collaboration with the Senior Accounts Payable Officer Reconcile creditor statements each month Reconcile and process credit card transactions As required, raise bills in financial system based on fulfilment of goods being dispatched As required, raise creditor and employee expense pay runs and send payment remittance via email As required, process bills from timesheet entry for Contractors As required, process Recipient‑created tax invoices (RCTI) As required, reconcile balance sheet accounts As required, reconcile End of Month Bank Statements Utilise multiple inboxes for communication Provide support to the wider Finance group What will make you successful in this role?
