We are looking for an experienced Treasury / Finance Officer to oversee the management and reconciliation of funds across various bank accounts. This role involves tracking inbound and outbound transactions related to sales, expenses, and other non-operational financial activities, ensuring the integrity of our financial data, and supporting cash flow management. Manage daily cash flow, including monitoring and reconciling all incoming and outgoing funds across multiple bank accounts. Reconcile bank statements with internal financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Process and verify transactions related to sales, expenses, refunds, and other non-operational financial activities. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to resolve any transaction issues or discrepancies. Prepare cash flow forecasts and assist in liquidity planning. Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to treasury activities. Monitor and manage foreign currency transactions if applicable. Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. Assist in implementing and maintaining treasury management systems and processes. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in treasury, cash management, or finance roles, preferably within the technology or travel industry. Strong understanding of banking operations, reconciliation processes, and financial controls. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Experience with travel technology companies or fintech solutions. Knowledge of multi-currency transactions. Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS). Relevant certifications such as CPA, CFA, or CTP are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
