OF INCUMBENTS 1 DIVISION Office of The Chief Financial Officer LOCATION National Office MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB To provide Supply Chain Management (SCM) administrative support services through the generation and provision of Purchase Orders at Seda National Office in accordance with PPPFA, NT Regulations, prescripts and instructions, SCM Policy, procedures and processes. KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS Generate Purchase Orders. Record and safe-keep Purchase Orders. Oversee receipting of invoices. Monitor and expedite payments against open purchase orders/commitments. REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION Matric (NQF level 4) and Diploma (NQF level 5)/12 Months Certificate in Supply Chain Management/Procurement/Logistics. REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE 3 – 4 year’s working experience in a Supply Chain Management environment dealing with Purchase Orders. COMPREHENSIVE KNOWLEDGE Comprehensive knowledge of public sector Supply Chain Management, SCM policy and procedures, PFMA, PPPFA, National Treasury Regulations and BBBEE amended Codes of Good Practice and all other applicable legislations.
