Job Description The purpose of this position is to spread the message of the restored Church of Jesus Christ around the world. This is accomplished in part through the creation of engaging, unified messaging with greater reach and efficiency. Church messages are delivered via television, film, web, print, mobile, social media, and other delivery channels in multiple languages. We always seek new, improved, and more innovative ways to bring the world unto Christ. Responsibilities Performs with little supervision Performs some tasks with no supervision May perform some lead role functions Trains others on complex tasks Operates with substantial latitude Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Mass Media, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field. Experience in content production, project management, media coordination, or publishing (8-10 years preferred). Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with creative development processes and working with creative teams. Ability to stay calm, positive, and solution-focused under deadlines. Knowledge of localization or translation workflows (preferred but not required).
