About the Position We seek an Awards Program Producer who will manage the end‑to‑end process of our awards programs, ensuring high‑quality execution and engagement. You will work closely with internal teams to streamline operations, maintain industry relevance, and enhance the overall experience for award participants and attendees. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.) Key Responsibilities: Jury Selection & Coordination: Facilitate the jury process by list building jury prospects and reaching out to them, coordinating their assets and schedules, briefing them on expectations, and ensuring a fair, transparent, and efficient evaluation of entries. Awards Program Management: Ensuring the highest quality, attention to detail, and flawless execution across all programs, from pre‑event to post‑event. Event Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the production team to ensure the seamless delivery of awards ceremonies, overseeing logistics, program flow, and every detail to ensure a memorable and well‑executed event. Industry Insight & Research: Stay updated on the latest trends, campaigns, and innovations in the marketing and technology sectors, utilizing this knowledge to enhance the awards program continuously. Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and production teams on strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and optimising the awards program’s success. Administrative Tasks: Responsible for maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records by regularly reviewing, updating, and organising internal and external files, ensuring easy access and proper documentation for team use and reporting purposes. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with entrants, judges, and internal teams. Proactive: Demonstrates strong initiative and ownership by independently managing tasks and consistently achieving goals without constant supervision or reminders, even in dynamic and fast‑paced environments. Project Management Expertise: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with tight deadlines, ensuring smooth execution and the timely delivery of multiple award programs. Event Coordination Experience: Familiarity with planning and executing events in various formats, including virtual, hybrid, and in‑person. Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp the specific processes of each awards event, ensuring adequate client support and efficient program execution. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality, with a meticulous approach to reviewing submissions, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with award criteria. Adaptability & Problem‑Solving: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and make informed decisions under pressure, proactively addressing challenges to ensure smooth program delivery. Industry Awareness: Knowledge of trends in the marketing and technology sectors, with a passion for recognizing and celebrating innovation and excellence. Results‑Oriented: Strong drive to meet targets, ensuring the successful execution of awards events and programs.
