Location: Remote

Work Setup: Direct-hire, Full-time, Permanent WFH

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday

Salary: $13,000–$18,000 per year (depending on skills & experience)

What You'll Do

As a US Accountant , you’ll manage the full accounting cycle and ensure smooth, accurate financial operations:

  • Handle reconciliations, AP/AR, journal entries, general ledger, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Handle bill pay processing, vendor management, and expense tracking.
  • Manage invoicing and collections while providing professional client support.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and documentation with precision.
  • Communicate directly with US partner businesses via email and phone.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to optimize processes and maintain compliance.
  • Prepare accurate month-end and year-end closings.
  • Take on ad hoc accounting-related tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • 3+ years of US accounting experience (US accounting firm background is preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, full-cycle accounting, adjusting entries, and US GAAP
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software
  • Xero or QuickBooks certification is preferred
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setup
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
