Position Summary
  • The SEO Specialist is responsible for the execution of organic search strategies for individual clients of Rocket Clicks. They engage in search optimization on a daily basis to drive performance results. They participate in internal sprint meetings and strategy sessions to support client work plans, prioritizing critical tasks, and leveraging automation and delegation to deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities
  • Execute Rocket Clicks playbook for the client industry and ensure account execution follows the First Principles methodology.
  • Analyze performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Execute SEO tasks within the weekly sprint planning framework and make updates to websites via CMS or direct code injection.
  • Collaborate with design and editing partners to ensure marketing campaigns use compelling content.
  • Perform regular technical SEO health checks and ensure site compliance.
  • Implement and verify conversion tracking to support reporting and measurement needs.
  • Attend internal virtual client meetings for context and task clarity.
  • Audit client and prospect accounts to harvest opportunities for growth.
  • Work with generative AI to develop search-friendly content for client websites.
  • Conduct research to support marketing initiatives and direction.
Capabilities & Key Competencies
  • Ability to figure things out when taking on new tasks or processes.
  • Strong desire to grow, highly coachable, technically savvy, and able to understand how systems interact quickly.
  • High standard of excellence with attention to accuracy; collaborative experience in SEO teams.
  • Understanding of how businesses acquire customers digitally; experience with CMSs such as WordPress and HubSpot.
  • Experience using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs.
  • Ability to report against defined performance metrics.
Education & Experience
  • 2-4 years in professional services organizations.
  • 2+ years professional experience in SEO.
  • Prior agency experience is a strong plus.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working.
  • Able to work night shifts in Philippines time.

Pay & Employment Details
  • Pay range: PHP 90,000 - 130,000 per month
  • Location: Remote - Philippines (100% Work From Home)
  • Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time
  • Employment Type: Independent Contractor (40 hours/week)
