Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects to meet objectives and timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement consultancy, strategy, and change initiatives.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may impact project deliverables or timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and organizational guidelines throughout project execution.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of consultancy, strategy, and change management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with diverse and cross-fcuntional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, methodologies, and certifictioms.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
