Schedule: 8:30am to 5:30pm EST Monday - Friday, with an hour unpaid break We are a full-stack marketing agency based in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida specializing in brand development and growth across physical and digital spaces. We deliver end-to-end marketing solutions through a comprehensive suite of advisory, creative, web, video, and media services, helping clients from local startups to national organizations amplify their brand with industry-leading talent and technology. Responsibilities Works with Account Directors to manage projects from inception to completion, which includes: Managing a high volume of projects with quick (sometimes same-day) turnaround times as well as long term projects Meeting with Account Directors to review project assignments, provide necessary updates, etc. on a regular cadence Utilizing Workamajig software to document job progress and assign necessary tasks Reviewing project creative briefs to determine internal resources needed Analyzing resource calendar to schedule assignments/Coordinating with Creative Dept. Monitor project progress to identify any issues and ensure project deadlines are met and the project remains within budget allocation Proofreading and confirming accuracy of work against creative briefs Responds to internal emails, chats, phone calls, text messages, etc. with urgency, but no less than within 24 business hours. Requirements College degree in Business, Advertising/Marketing, Communications or related field preferred 3+ years of creative agency project management experience Exceptional organizational, time management and problem solving skills Highly organized to manage many small projects with fast turnaround simultaneously Solid understanding of traditional and digital advertising assets and marketing collateral specifications Proficient in project management tools, Workamajig experience preferred Fluent in American English, both written and verbal Must be able to work well independently and part of a remote team Must be able to work 8:30am to 5:30pm EST Monday - Friday, with an hour unpaid break HMO Coverage for eligible locations Permanent work from home Immediate hiring Application reminder : Apply directly to the link provided; you will be redirected to BruntWork’s Career Site.
