Prepare, issue, and manage Requests for Quotations (RFQs), Purchase Orders (POs), and contracts specific to heavy lift procurement. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contract terms with vendors focused on heavy lift solutions. Conduct supplier accreditation, including evaluation of technical capabilities, quality certifications, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to understand technical requirements and ensure the procurement of appropriate equipment and services. Maintain accurate procurement records, including cost sheets, vendor data, and contractual documentation. Ensure compliance with local laws, import/export regulations, and company procurement policies relevant to heavy lifting operations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, with significant exposure to big component transportation, logistics and crane operations, preferably in the renewable energy sector. Excellent negotiation skills and a proven track record of managing complex supplier relationships. Strong coordination skills, able to manage and align multiple project stakeholders. Advanced problem-solving capabilities, adept at devising effective solutions under tight deadlines and in complex project environments. Proficient in English and Tagalog.
