We are looking for a highly motivated Talent and Creator Manager to join the team.

Job Summary

Creators are the heart of everything we do. We’re on the hunt for a Talent Manager who can grow, guide, and elevate our roster of incredible content creators, helping them shine brighter and build lasting success while driving our brand forward.

Job Responsibilities
  • Scout and recruit fresh and established talent across gaming, streaming, and content creation platforms
  • Lead the onboarding process to ensure new creators have everything they need to thrive
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategist helping creators build their personal brands, plan collaborations, and shape their content direction
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, understanding their goals and ensuring they align with Rumble Royale’s vision
  • Manage and coordinate partnerships, campaigns, and appearances, connecting creators with the right opportunities to grow their influence
  • Work closely with internal teams marketing, production, and partnerships to maximize impact and execute seamless campaigns
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in talent management, influencer relations, casting, or creator partnerships,ideally within gaming, digital media, or entertainment industries
  • Passion for online content and gaming culture, with a deep understanding of what drives creator success and audience engagement
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to manage diverse personalities and complex deals
  • A strong network or demonstrated ability to identify viral potential and emerging talent
  • Highly proactive, flexible, and collaborative mindset—ready to hustle without ego and solve problems creatively
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
