About the Role

We are looking for an experienced BW Technical Analyst with at least 5 years of expertise in supporting and enhancing SAP BW (Business Warehouse) environments, particularly with BW Open Hub and SAP data flow monitoring. This role is onsite and will require strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data operations and reporting.

As a BW Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, accuracy, and efficiency of data flows, documenting release changes, coordinating communications, and working closely with the admin team to maintain continuous business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • BW Open Hub Support & Enhancement: Provide ongoing support and improvements for BW Open Hub operations.
  • Data Flow Monitoring: Oversee and monitor SAP data flows to ensure reliability, integrity, and timeliness of data delivery.
  • Release Documentation: Assist in preparing and maintaining release documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with processes.
  • Change Management Support: Coordinate and communicate change orders across stakeholders, ensuring smooth implementation.
  • Collaboration with Admin Team: Work closely with administrators to maintain operational continuity and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve data flow and process-related incidents to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in a BW Technical Analyst role or similar SAP BW support function.
  • Proven expertise in BW Open Hub operations and enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of SAP data flows, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with release documentation and change management communication.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
  • Familiarity with SAP HANA and related BI/BW tools.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools integrated with SAP BW.
  • Exposure to compliance and audit processes in data management.
