Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, including coaching, training, and mentoring to help team members achieve their full potential.
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail sales department.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and motivate multiple teams and branch locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build customer loyalty.
- Recruit and handle personnel.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the vehicles and services offered by the dealership.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and ensure all sales activities reflect positively on the company.
- Handle the overall performance of the group and engage in strategic planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales management or a related role.
- Ability to handle ALL PAVI BRAND exposure in sales and customer service.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and extensive automotive experience, including sales management.
- Ability to recruit and manage a team.
- Must be an effective team player with a pleasing personality.
- Willing to work 6 days a week.
- Preferable with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
