Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Piñas for a Merchandising Officer. The Merchandising Officer will manage product inventory, develop and implement merchandising strategies, and analyze market trends to optimize product assortments. Responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, overseeing product displays, preparing sales reports, and ensuring timely restocking of merchandise. The role also involves maintaining strong vendor relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in inventory management, merchandising, and product selection
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sales data and market trends
  • Vendor coordination, supplier negotiation, and budget management experience
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using merchandising software and office tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in retail or similar industries is a plus
