• Will be accountable for a specific section of the restaurant and any side tasks assigned by the Dining Manager.
• Must be well-versed in the company's high food and service standards, proactively anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
• Informs the Restaurant Manager of any dissatisfied or difficult guests in their section for further follow-up.
• Ensures that restaurant personnel consistently follow the company’s rules and regulations regarding uniforms, personal appearance, and hygiene.
• Must have solid knowledge of beverage and wine service, and will assist staff with wine service when necessary.
• Plays an active role in the training program for restaurant personnel, particularly new hires, providing the necessary guidance to help them successfully integrate into the team.
• Ensures that the cleaning schedule established by the Restaurant Manager is followed by regularly inspecting their section.
• Ensures all personnel are knowledgeable of and consistently follow company policies.
• Reports any misbehavior by restaurant personnel to the Restaurant Manager.
• Complies with local or City Health’s operating procedures.
• Reports to F&B Manager, Dining Manager.
• Subordinates: All Restaurant FOH Staff.
