Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise Transformation Delivery Division

Location: RCBC Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines

Overview

Under the leadership of the Business Process and Solutions Head, you will support the successful delivery of enterprise and strategic initiatives by ensuring business needs are clearly defined, well-documented and effectively translated into solutions. You will act as a change agent and collaborate with process owners, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead workshops, interviews and stakeholder sessions to elicit requirements, uncover gaps and prioritize solutions.
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer journeys to identify pain points and propose enhancements that improve customer experience.
  • Analyze data and trends to generate insights that support decision-making.
  • Develop process maps and recommend process improvements to streamline operations.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and developers to ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.
  • Support testing, validation and change management to ensure successful implementation.
What will make you successful?
  • A college degree preferably in Business or Industrial Engineering.
  • 5+ years of business analysis experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify patterns and propose effective solutions.
  • Expertise in process mapping, streamlining and continuous improvement.
  • Exceptional ability to think holistically about the customer experience and design solutions that deliver value.
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
