About the role We are seeking a talented Art Director to join our dynamic team at Alberto Shoes Corporation in our Cubao, Quezon City office. As an Art Director, you will play a crucial role in conceptualising and executing visually striking campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative and innovative environment. What you'll be doing Lead the creative direction and design of marketing materials, including print ads, digital assets, packaging, and brand collateral Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into impactful visual concepts Oversee the execution of design projects, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables Mentor and provide guidance to the design team, fostering a creative and collaborative work culture Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into your work Work with external partners, such as photographers and illustrators, to bring your creative vision to life What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Graphic Designer in the advertising, arts and media industry Exceptional creative and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software } #J-18808-Ljbffr
