Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Makati. As a Junior Art Director, you will collaborate with creative teams to execute compelling visual concepts that align with branding and project objectives. Your daily responsibilities will include developing creative directions, overseeing art and design components, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. You will also contribute to brainstorming sessions, create and refine graphic assets, and maintain consistency across branding materials.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Creative Direction and Art Direction, with the ability to conceptualize and enforce innovative visual strategies.
  • Strong skills in Branding and maintaining cohesive brand identities across various platforms.
  • Expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Strong understanding of current design trends and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Relevant experience in the creative or branding field is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field is beneficial.
