Associate Art Director

Join to apply for the Associate Art Director role at SVEN - The Digital 1st Agency VISUAL EXECUTION AND PRODUCTION Produce high quality artwork for SVEN on behalf of their clients covering: Digital materials: social media content, website designs, digital ads, mobile apps. Convert certain digital materials to video format with minimal animation. Print materials: OOH executions, trade, retail, event materials, print ads. Provide creative assistance in achieving the overall brief including: Minor styling and product photography. Sourcing of vector, stock photo and font assets. Post‑processing of client‑given and shot assets. CREATIVE THINKING AND VISUALIZATION Provide inputs and ideas during discussions and determine how best to represent a concept visually. Learn and understand details pertaining to the company's effective operation and workflow. Exercise proper discretion in creating the design execution and determine which photographs, art, or other design elements to use. Participate in brainstorming. Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines. Present completed ideas to clients/team members. Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas. ADMINISTRATION AND REPORTING Ensure all artworks created are aligned and approved by the immediate supervisor. Ensure all files are backed up and folders are properly arranged. Take care of equipment units. Maintain an updated historical file of all creative material/artwork produced. Ensure all deliverables are met and on time. Plan and prepare for outcomes based on priority and effective time management. TEAM MANAGEMENT Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by junior members. Coordinate and cascade aligned information during discussions to the team. Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions. Manage own brand accounts and projects, working within budget (if social media shoots) and other requirements. Confer with creative, art, copywriting, or production department heads to discuss client requirements and presentation concepts, and coordinate creative activities. REQUIREMENTS At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Previous work in a digital agency environment is a plus. Strong understanding of modern graphic design software, including Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Notably creative with a desire to merge knowledge and experience with business and art. Willingness to work on‑site if required, otherwise flexible to work from anywhere.
