Role Description This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Clinical Audit Officer , under the Quality and Patient Safety Group, located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. The Clinical Audit Officer ensures clinical quality by conducting audits, designing tools in line with regulatory and accreditation standards, and communicating findings for corrective action. Responsibilities Perform clinical process audits using approved and institutionalized audit tools to ensure adherence to standards of care. Communicate audit observations and findings to relevant stakeholders. Design or adapt clinical audit tools in line with evidence‑based practices, accreditation requirements, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing or any Allied Healthcare Profession. At least 2 years of clinical experience. Basic understanding of care processes provided in multiple areas of the hospital. Leadership/managerial experience is preferred, but not required. Active PRC license in Nursing or Allied Healthcare Profession.
