About the Role Location: Calumpit, Bulacan Role Type: Full-time Department: Shared Services Reporting to: Assistant Purchasing and Inventory Manager Work Schedule: 5-day work week (onsite) The Inventory Management Associate is responsible for ensuring all internal stakeholders are able to record the inventory accurately and on a timely basis and in accordance with the company standards, policies, and procedures. The role also includes consolidation of data and preparation of reports related to inventory management. Other responsibilities include: Reviews and audits inventory reports for operating supplies, spare parts, scrap disposals, vehicle, computer, & other equipment including random checking for accuracy verification. Consolidates all non-critical inventory reports including out of stock and slow moving items. Recommends and executes inventory process improvement tasks. Prepares & updates policies & procedures. To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications: Has a Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course. Fresh graduate or has less than 2 years working experience in inventory management in a manufacturing environment. Good oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders. Organizational and time-management skills. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
