Business focus for this role is on the infrastructure sector, including projects in construction, bridges, transportation, and energy facilities.
What you will do- Search for new customers & strategic accounts that can benefit from the ENERPAC product portfolio and maximize potential with existing clients and strategic accounts. Target accounts within infrastructure such as EPC contractors, project owners, and engineering firms.
- Develop long-term relationships with clients and strategic key accounts by understanding requirements, project timelines, site constraints, and equipment needs for infrastructure projects.
- Manage and support channel partners in market share growth and development.
- Promote ENERPAC growth toolbox—business definition, new markets, new products, product line expansion, and acquisitions.
- Identify new vertical markets and growth areas to increase coverage and sales opportunities in the Philippines, prioritizing infrastructure verticals (highways, rail, ports, water systems).
- Coordinate RFQ activity, review and endorse final proposals, and drive RFQ to final conclusion.
- Maintain and update sales activities (calls and visits) in Salesforce, including tracking all quote opportunities.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education; offer application engineering support for infrastructure-heavy use cases (lifting, shifting, tensioning, bolting).
- Track pricing in the market, monitor pricing evolution, and conduct price reviews as needed.
- Provide after-sales support and technical backup; ensure timely support at project sites, including installation supervision and troubleshooting.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence; provide regular reports.
- Develop and maintain weekly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Establish key linkages between ENERPAC management, marketing, internal sales, technical support, and the customer.
- Support marketing activities by attending trade shows and industry events; present ENERPAC products to meet client needs and train distributors on infrastructure applications.
- Engage with sales and technical teams, and coordinate with Indoor Sales Coordinator and Singapore-based Warehouse to ensure timely order delivery aligned with project schedules.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills; local language proficiency as applicable.
- Proficient in MS Office; Salesforce familiarity is a plus. Knowledge of other engineering-related software is advantageous.
- Owns a valid driving license and has access to own transportation in the Philippines; willing to travel frequently within the Philippines.
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs; strong problem-solving skills; experience with infrastructure project cycles and stakeholder engagement is valued.
- Occasionally may be required to attend trainings and meetings in Singapore.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with at least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
- At least 5 years of proven sales experience in selling technical or industrial products in the Philippines; experience selling into the infrastructure industry is strongly preferred. Knowledge of hydraulic equipment and high-force tools used in bridge construction, heavy lifting, or precast applications is advantageous.
- Industries: Infrastructure, Energy / Power Generation & Mining. Experience in at least two of these industries is required.
