Overview
Instructional DesignerJoin our dynamic team as an Instructional Designer. You’ll collaborate with the Instructional Design Manager, project partners, and subject matter experts to craft engaging learning modules, course maps, and instructor‑led training guides. You’ll develop supporting materials including microlearning videos and multimedia resources to enhance the learning experience. Strong interpersonal, written, and visual communication skills are required to blend multimedia elements and educate employees and stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and design tailored learning solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Create engaging instructional materials using multimedia elements and technology tools.
- Develop curricula outlines and learning pathways for diverse learner needs.
- Conduct needs analyses and performance evaluations to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Leverage educational technologies and LMS to deliver scalable learning experiences.
- Ensure quality of instructional materials through reviews and continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects from inception to delivery within budget and timelines.
- Foster collaboration with SMEs, educators, and stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to trainers and learners on materials and tools.
- Stay updated on trends in instructional design and educational technology.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
- Proficiency in LMS, authoring tools (Articulate 360), multimedia software (Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Genially), and emerging technologies.
- Creative and analytical thinking to address diverse learning needs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
- Collaborative with cross‑functional teams; attention to detail and quality assurance.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and learning methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.

- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
