About the role The Learning & Development Specialist – Implementation Enablement drives the growth and effectiveness of our Implementation team by designing and delivering training programs that elevate onboarding, call campaign execution, and customer‑facing performance. This role partners closely with Implementation Managers, team leaders, Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure our customer onboarding and retention goals are met. This position is fully onsite, located in Manila About the team The Auctane Implementation Team drives customer success by guiding merchants through onboarding and setup across our suite of shipping and fulfillment solutions. We foster growth and retention by delivering hands‑on training, workflow consultation, and technical implementation that align with organizational goals. The team partners cross‑functionally to support product releases, enablement content, and knowledge management, ensuring every merchant’s onboarding experience is seamless, scalable, and impactful. What will you be doing? Deliver learning program sessions and materials Lead onboarding programs for new Implementation hires. Facilitate role‑based skills and product training sessions, including feature deep dives and process refreshers. Maintain delivery guides, playbooks, and supporting materials to ensure consistency. Coach and develop team members. Observe calls (both live and recorded) to provide actionable feedback and support skill development. Run side‑by‑side coaching sessions and structured nesting programs. Partner with Managers to report on skill progression and support performance improvement plans. Pilot and leverage AI tools to provide automated call feedback, trend reporting, and improvement recommendations. Ensure employees are operating at or above established departmental quality standards as it pertains to their role. Embodies Auctane’s mission, vision, and values throughout programming and coaching. Design & improve training content. Build or update content for new features, product updates, and Implementation workflows. Create self‑serve resources, job aids, and recorded micro‑learnings to supplement live training. Gather feedback from Implementation Managers and leaders to continually improve program impact. Partner with Sales and Marketing to ensure the Implementation team is prepared for go‑to‑market initiatives, call campaigns, and feature launches. Collaborate with Enablement to align with broader company training strategies and avoid duplication of effort. Work with Product and RevOps to ensure training reflects current tools, data, and processes. What are we looking for? 2–3 years of experience in Implementation, Customer Success, or similar customer‑facing SaaS role. 1–2 years of experience delivering formal training programs or acting as a facilitator. Proven ability to coach others on call effectiveness, consultative discovery, or customer engagement. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex topics for learners. Comfortable using technology, including AI tools or call coaching platforms, to drive performance improvement. Highly collaborative; experienced in partnering across departments to align on strategy and execution. English fluency in written and oral communication. What will make you stand out? Basic understanding of adult learning theories (Andragogy, Self‑Directed, Experiential) Basic understanding of instructional design models (ADDIE, UbD, ARCS) Comfort working with AI‑powered coaching, call analytics, or conversational intelligence tools (e.g., Gong, Chorus, MindTickle). Proficient in two or more Auctane products and/or service offerings. Strong understanding of shipping/eCommerce platforms or Auctane products (ShipStation, ShipEngine, etc.). Secondary language proficiency: Spanish, French, and/or German. The Tech G‑Suite Salesforce or other CRM systems Ticketing systems such as Zendesk or JIRA What do we offer? 1.
