Position: Operations Assistant Manager - Insurance Services

Our Client, ReSource Pro , is a 21-year-old leading provider of integrated, innovative operational solutions to US-based insurance organizations including brokers, managing general agents, carriers, and third-party administrators. They have a large and growing base of more than 10,500 employees based in the U.S., China, India, and Serbia with 400+ clients.

Your Role:

As an Operations Assistant Manager - Insurance Services , you will:

  • Oversee daily back-office operations to ensure quality service, client satisfaction, and team performance.
  • Monitor client task activity and operational metrics; coach teams for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and client-specific security standards.
  • Drive innovation, process optimization, and efficient resource planning.
  • Manage onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Build strong client relationships and support new client onboarding and reporting needs.

What You Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations, team leadership, or client service
  • Strong skills in coaching, performance management, and stakeholder communication
  • Proven ability to manage multiple teams or clients
  • Familiarity with back-office platforms or workflow systems

Preferred skills/experience:

  • Experience in insurance, finance, or outsourcing environments
  • Background in talent engagement and retention strategy
  • Exposure to innovation initiatives and service delivery models
  • Ability to manage operational metrics and revenue targets (e.g., $22K+ monthly)
