Overview This role supports the Financial Controller and is responsible for helping ensure the division operates within hotel policies and maintains effective financial controls and reporting. Responsibilities Responsible in assisting the Financial Controller in ensuring that the entire division is organized to work effectively within the framework of the rules and regulations of the hotel as established by Hotel policies. Responsible for the maintenance of a system of accounts and controls which will provide data necessary for all required financial reports and statements and at the same time provide and maintain an effective control of the assets of the hotel. Assist in providing training, leadership, direction and guidance in all areas of Finance. Qualifications Has a passion for numbers and figures Is self-driven, goal-oriented and able to challenge the status quo Upholds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times Always has the big picture in mind Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions Communicates with fluency in English (as well as the local language) Preferably possesses working experience in a 5* international hotel Possesses strong organizational and analytical skills, with strong commercial acumen Is detail-oriented with the ability to translate results into understandable and actionable information If you are the right person, what are you waiting for?
