Senior Financial Controller

Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger management Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements Manage external reporting & tax compliance filings Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business planning and strategy Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting Must Haves Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting or financial management roles, preferably with North American (USA & Canadian) companies Strong understanding of e-commerce accounting processes Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax compliance, and payroll processes Strong understanding & demonstrated use in Dynamics Business Central accounting software Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines Experience managing multi-entity or multi-currency environments Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud-based reporting tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
