Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Brand Officer to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will support the day‑to‑day execution of brand strategies and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities Brand & Campaign Support: Assist in the development, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns, brand activations, and promotional events. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities. CollateralManagement: Help in creating and proofreading marketing materials, including social media content, promo materials, and ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of brand campaigns and marketing activities using key metrics. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, creative, and operations) and external partners (e.g., agencies, suppliers) to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Budget Tracking: Assist in managing and tracking the brand marketing budget, ensuring all expenditures are properly documented. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
