Job Description: 1. Responsible for fund management for a group of companies, including OAMPI and OAMLLC. This includes monitoring daily cash flow, preparing weekly fund allocations, and facilitating fund transfers among intercompany bank accounts. 2. Manages foreign exchange risk by maximizing returns on dollar sales through close monitoring of daily exchange rates. Reviews and closes deals via forward rates or hedging strategies. Studies and recommends the most favorable FX strategies, including forwards, options, or spot rates. 3. Ensures timely payments to employees, suppliers, and government agencies. 4. Accountable for the accuracy and validity of all financial transactions, including: Review and approval of all payment vouchers and corresponding attachments Acting as verifier in the Union Bank Business Check System Verification of e-filing and e-payment of government remittances Review of all payment types and supporting documents, including fund transfers and foreign currency transactions 5. Oversees preparation and bookkeeping of month-end transactions, particularly: Monthly preparation of foreign exchange gain and loss on bank balances Time deposit reconciliation Intercompany transactions, including online checking of the OAM LLC Citibank account Initiation and review of accounts payable, cash advances, and other payments Review and reconciliation of American Express (Amex) transactions Monthly bank reconciliation of the Citibank account 6. Handles the processing of corporate credit card transactions. 7. Ensures timely filing and renewal of all types of insurance policies. 8. Coordinates with banks, LGUs, and legal departments on requirements such as board resolutions and corporate secretary certifications. 9. Works with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely year-end closing and financial reporting. 10. Ensures full compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. Develops staff through performance management, goal setting, ongoing training, and by fostering strong employee relations. Job Qualification: Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, Economics, or a related field Relevant certifications in treasury, risk management, or financial management (e.g., CTP, CFA Level 1+) are an advantage Experience Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role managing fund allocations, FX transactions, and banking operations Experience in intercompany fund transfers and multinational banking transactions is highly preferred Prior exposure to working with external auditors and legal/compliance documentation is a plus Technical Skills Strong knowledge of foreign exchange strategies, including spot, forward, and options Proficient in financial systems and online banking platforms (e.g., Citibank, UnionBank Business Check, and fund transfer portals) Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAPB1 and Quickbooks Leadership & Soft Skills Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing finance or treasury team Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive financial information #J-18808-Ljbffr
