Job Summary: The Accounting and Treasury Head supports the CFO in managing the cooperative’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, compliance, and treasury. This role ensures the cooperative’s financial integrity, liquidity, and sustainability by leading the finance team and implementing sound financial practices. Responsibilities: 1. Accounting Operations Manage, review, and approve daily accounting functions including general ledger (Cash Receipts, Cash and Disbursement General Journal), accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings. Coordinate with the necessary units regarding budgets, forecasting, financial data and reports Monitor and oversee taxation tasks ensuring compliance with BIR Rules and Regulations 2. Treasury Management Manage the cooperative’s cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational continuity. Oversee banking relationships, investment placements, and fund utilization. Monitor and manage short-term and long-term financing needs. Ensure proper safekeeping and utilization of cooperative funds in accordance with policies and regulations. Qualifications: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably in a cooperative or financial institution. Strong knowledge of Philippine financial regulations, cooperative laws, and treasury operations. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Willing to work in Makati City. #J-18808-Ljbffr
