Accounting Specialist – Finance & Accounting/Auditing SaladStop Group is looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to maintain accurate financial records and support the company’s financial processes. Responsibilities and Duties Manage bookkeeping and account reconciliations. Oversee accounts payable and receivable. Record and maintain daily financial transactions (purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments).Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable records and ensure timely payments and collections. Ensure the general ledger is accurate, posting transactions and reconciling accounts. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Process payroll, calculating wages, withholding taxes, and issuing payments with compliance to regulations. Conduct bank reconciliations, comparing bank statements with internal records to resolve discrepancies. Assist in tax preparation and filing, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. Monitor budgets, identify variances, and recommend adjustments for financial planning. Assist in compliance with financial regulations and support internal or external audits. Perform data entry tasks and maintain financial records. Receive, store, and process invoices and receipts. Manage inventory records if applicable. Qualifications Diploma in Accounting or Finance. 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping. Proficiency in general ledger management, financial statement preparation, compliance, and financial reporting. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and integrity.
