Account-specific roles and responsibilities
  • Updating patient records in a system
  • Rebilling medications accordingly
  • Processing rejections or RX in real-time
  • Adding new patients or records in the system for new facilities
  • Calling facilities and insurances to get claim overrides
  • Researching patient insurance or eligibility
  • Emailing facilities to communicate medications for Prior-Authorization
Job Description
  • Providing customer support through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
  • Resolving issues & addressing customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services
  • Collaborating with colleagues and departments to resolve complex issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, etc.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 6 months of BPO experience in Healthcare collections, billing, or similar roles
  • Good working knowledge of healthcare claims, benefits, eligibilities, and authorizations
  • Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid is a PLUS
  • Good verbal and written English skills
  • Willing to work in Buendia, Makati
  • Amenable to working night shifts
