Content Strategists are the Content Studio team leaders. They are responsible for content direction for all brands and serve as the point of contact for Brand Studio Manager. They fuel content development with input and clearly designed content strategies to amplify ideas.

• Collaborate with brand teams to understand marketing objectives and develop content plans that align with those objectives. Conduct competitive research to identify opportunities for differentiation. Create content plans that outline content types, publication timing, and distribution, ensuring all content is on-brand and consistent.
• Develop and execute content strategies that align with the content studio's business objectives. Identify target audiences, research their needs, and create content that meets those needs.
• Create detailed content briefs outlining key messaging, tone, and voice for each piece to ensure consistency.
• Oversee content creation by guiding writers, designers, and other creatives; provide feedback to meet quality standards and objectives.
• Analyze content performance using metrics such as engagement, traffic, and conversions; use insights to optimize future content strategies.
• Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to content marketing and strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure content aligns with business objectives and marketing strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in content marketing or content strategy.
• Experience with content creation, optimization, and promotion; knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and analytics tools.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to create clear, concise, engaging content.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to use data to inform content decisions.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and marketing professionals.
• Adept at client handling and management.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Creative problem-solving skills with ability to develop innovative content strategies that meet business objectives.
