Digital Marketing Specialist (Part-Time, Hybrid Setup, Flexitime) Quezon City | Hybrid | Part-Time | Flexitime (Output-Oriented) About the Role We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. This role combines creativity and analytics — from crafting content and managing social media to running paid campaigns and optimizing website performance. If you’re a hands-on marketer who enjoys flexibility and output-based work, this opportunity offers a hybrid setup with flexitime hours and preferred on-site days every Monday and Friday in Quezon City. What You’ll Do Website & SEO Manage and update company websites (WordPress or Wix). Implement SEO strategies to improve visibility and drive traffic. Monitor website analytics and suggest UX or performance improvements. Content & Social Media Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals. Write and design engaging blogs, social posts, and digital materials (Canva). Create and edit short-form videos for campaigns using CapCut. Manage brand presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Increase engagement through trend-based and interactive content. Paid Media & Email Marketing Launch and manage digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok). Analyze ad performance and make adjustments to improve ROI. Build and execute email campaigns and newsletters (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar). Track key email and ad performance metrics and refine campaigns as needed. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role. Proficiency in WordPress/Wix, SEO, Google Analytics, Canva, and CapCut . Experience managing social media, paid campaigns, and email marketing tools . Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual content skills. Tech-savvy, adaptable, and up to date with the latest digital trends.
