The Role As a GA Success Manager (GSM), you’ll be the driving force behind the success and development of Growth Assistants across multiple industries. You’ll act as their coach, mentor, and advocate, working closely with Customer Success, HR, and Operations to ensure satisfaction, retention, and excellence in performance. Salary Range: Starts at ₱70,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements) Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home Benefits: $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonus Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years) Paid Time Off: 7 holiday PTO days/year 6 regular PTO days/year What You’ll Do Coach and Support: Meet regularly with each Growth Assistant (typically 80+ in your portfolio) to guide them through challenges, wins, and growth milestones. Onboard and Train: Design and implement onboarding and training plans to ensure readiness and alignment with client expectations. Champion the GA Way: Instill GA’s culture, values, and commitment to excellence throughout the GA journey. Drive Development: Conduct structured check-ins and reviews, provide candid feedback, and create actionable development plans. Measure Success: Track and report key people operations metrics and insights to the GA Experience Lead. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Customer Success and HR to surface feedback, identify training needs, and improve retention strategies. Build & Optimize Systems: Help develop and enhance scalable processes for training, engagement, and performance management.
